| Sending e-mails to multiple recipients Click on the "Address Book" link on the left hand side of your screen. Then click on the button that says "New Group". Give your new group a title by typing into the box labeled "New Group Name". Then select the people you want to add to your group by highlighting each name in the upper box and then clicking on the "Add" button. Once you have all the names you want in your group in the lower box click the "Save" button. When you want to send an e-mail to this group, you will be able to select the group from your address book. Your message will then be sent to everyone in that group at once.
