How do I assign a problems to a technician?

There are three ways to do this:

When you receive an e-mail that a problem has been reported, use the links located in the e-mail to assign the problem.

Or

1. Click “See Unassigned Problems”
2. From here you will be able to see all unassigned problems and assign tickets to technicians using the “Assign” button (must be in long or short view to use button)

1. Click "Manage Technicians" on the right menu bar.
2. Click "Assign New Problem to Tech."
3. Select a Problem Report, the Technician you wish to assign it to, and the Priority from the corresponding drop-down menus.
4. Include any notes to the Technician in the box provided.
5. Click "Assign."
