| How do I bulk import users from other sources? K12USA offers this as a free services to our subscribers. Simply send us a list of your users in an Excel file, CSV, or other delimited format and we will import them for you. Information needed is: First Name Last Name User Name (or scheme such as first initial + last name) E-Mail address (or scheme such as username + @school.org) Password - you can use generic password for everyone if you like, users will be prompted to change it when they log in for the first time. Group Name - i.e. User, Technician, Etc. Also specify if you would like a welcome e-mail sent to each user with log in instructions.
