Can I customize ticket numbers?

1. Go to "Setup Tools"
2. Click "Customize TroubleTrakkerPRO"
3. Click "Format Ticket Number"
4. Customize your ticket number
5. Click "Preview" to preview ticket
6. Click "Set Ticket Number"

Note: This feature sets the format of future ticket numbers. You can choose to include the date in ticket numbers or append a suffix or prefix code along with other options.
