How a Tech Coordinator Uses TroubleTrakker

In TroubleTrakker, the Tech Coordinator is referred to as the TroubleTrakker Service Administrator, or TTAdmin for short. The TTAdmin uses TroubleTrakker primarily to:

Decide who will handle a particular tech problem.

  •  

Check on the status of problems to see if they are fixed.

 
The TTAdmins may also help fix problems in some so all the functions of the Technician are also available:

  •  

File a work report after working on a problem.

  •  

See report of all problems assigned.

 
The TTAdmins may also have tech problems that need to be fixed so they also have all the functions of librarians:

  •  

File a tech problem report.

  •  

Check on the status of problems reported previously but still not fixed.
