A Maintenance Person is a person who uses WorkTrakker primarily to:

Learn about maintenance problems assigned to be worked on. |
• |
File a work report after working on a maintenance problem. |
• |
Send a memo to other persons in the Library. |
The Maintenance Persons may also have maintenance problems that need to be fixed so they also have
all the functions of librarians:
• |
File a maintenance problem report. |
• |
Check on the status of maintenance problems reported previously but still not fixed. |
